Visio also has a mobile version, on Android and iOS, for the company’s technical and logistics operations.
My contribution
- Gathering requirements and designing the product.
- Developing the entire product in Flutter, connected to the REST APIs: customer orders, after-sales tracking, SIM usage tracking and support tickets.
- Running presentation and training workshops.
- Coordinating with the teams and handling the production rollout.
